Heater shuts itself totaly off as soon as the room is warm
I always set the temp at 71 and low - auto setting. But as soon as the room warms upto 71, from say 67 or 68..........the heater is totally shut off. It was working perfectly until last winter. Now, it's not reliable b'cos i turn the heater on and as soon as i am asleep, it shuts itself off and i wake up in the middle of the night, 'coz the room is too cold!!

Difficult to guess what the problem might be due to the amount of electronics the unit has that could cause inconsistent or illogical functioning.
I noted one product review that said "if the room is too large the auto shutdown will engage".
I suggest you revisit the instruction manual and specifications before deciding whether to call a service engineer....
