Heater Won't Start
I had an eo4 code after three attempts to start the heater. Gas was flowing and blowers started, but the igniter wouldn't fire. So I restarted the sequence and lit the heater manually. After a few minutes, there was a loud banging sound like the blower was coming apart. I shut down the system and gave up. Any ideas?

The fan assembly is failing. Error code 04 along with the noise would confirm one another. You can try to have it repaired at a local electric motor repair shop but ore often than not, the damage and subsequent repairs would cost as much or more than a new blower assembly.
