I have a tip at http://www.fixya.com/support/r4258201-fix_gas_reddy_heaters_will_not_continue which should explain your problem and how to fix it as well as where to go to get the parts. All these types heaters (Reddy, All Pro and Master Heater) were made by DESA international.
