Hi there, If you are getting power but no heat then it may be the element or there is a small thermostat on top of the boiler which could have blown or it may be a faulty wire. If no power then it may also be the power cable. I can get parts that you require but you would be best to use a multimeter to test all the bits to see what it is you actually need.
Replacement element I used on my x5. The boiler is the same one in the Le'lit: http://www.1st-line.net/cgi-bin/category.cgi?category=review&item=MC029-110&type=store
The MC029 heating element from 1st-Line Equipment works fine on the X5. Don't forget to order two small silicone o-rings (MC045, 9.25 x 1.78) and one large silicone o-ring (MC046, 71.12 x 2.62). These aren't included in the price of the new element, but you'll probably need them if your boiler is old enough for the element to have burned out. As of Sep 2010, the element, o-rings, and shipping was about $55.The MC029 heating element from 1st-Line Equipment works fine on the X5. Most problems with too much heat, too little or circuit breaker tripping most likely point to this.
If your water is "hard" then this will happen. Clean with vinegar weekly, or one of those expensive solutions they sell to avoid this.
Part ordered through illy's parts sub, $35 and 3 weeks. About 2 hours to disassemble/reassemble.
Do you have a link or store where I can get this Part?

Do you have any idea if it'll also fit the X1?
Thx!
