Heating unit in a stiebel eltron electric instant hot water heater went bad and I have to replace the unit. How difficult is that?
Ordered a replacement unit form Stiebel Eltron. They said instructions are included and should be very straightforward. Any tips or tricks I should know?

You will have to drain the tank, make sure when doing this to OPEN the pop off valve, the little handle on the drain pipe, or the water will not drain.
