Ariens snow blower; Smokes very heavy on every start-up. Oil level is fine. Started after tipping it onto its front per repair maual to grease underside fittings. Smokes for about 5 seconds then clears out.
Also the primer bulb doesn't seem to do anything, but if I disconnect the tube from the carb. it pushes air fine.
