(hedge trimmer blades do not move back and forth. have lossened the blade screws,replugged unit back on and still no blade movement.motor is making a noise liked it is jammed.there is no material between the blades to cause a jam. HELP. (Black $ Decker 22" Elec. hedge trimmer #HT22D Type 1)

You know what the problem is. it the motor magnetic ring that is
broken. it also called stationary parts of the motor.
