Hello i am using a tu2-et100 with windows vista....and ever since ive started using it my computer has failed to fully load webpages, and videos online. On some websites my computer shuts down....leaving only a blue screen that tells me my computer is shutting down to prevent harm to my computer and other information...then my computer restarts. thank you for your reply in advance to [email protected] Aaron Taylor

The issue is that the hardware driver for the USB is causing your system to crash. Try finding an update from Trendware- however your best bet is if you have a desktop, purchase a network card that goes internal, and if laptop- use an express card. USB network adapters historically have been *VERY* unstable- and the issues with your system definitely point at the driver for the adapter.
