Hello I have a craftsman 123cc single stage 4 cycle snow thrower. . Motor runs great with a little choke. When I put choke off it runs high and low. The spring linkages are moving back and forth
Pull the carby and clean out the jets and passages the carby cannot produce a constant air/f;ow mixture unless the choke is on and the governor is having difficulty keeping the engine speed constant

If I leave it with little choke it runs great....
