I got the exact same problem then checked all the connections and the few jumpers i had,replaced battery, tried to get video , no onboard video, put in video card, got video once, still no beeps, retried to set up hd and install windows...then everything went at once, no beeps...never again...this was installed in a net pc with 1.5 gb memmory, board, no beeps, tried reinstalling chip and fan, power supply, checked all jumpers and wiring,,,all i can do i s replace motherboard i guess, must have shorted somewhere or kilt bios / cmos...
