Hello, I have a portable ice maker model 102C igloo . the machine turns on but will not continue the cycle and the ice full red light comes on. Any answers to this problem are welcome
The tray full may be triggered or stuck or another problem may exist. Look for what senses the ice being full and also check with Curtis support: (another person was tld to do this and it workd: 1. turn machine on . 2. press the select button for 10 sec. then 3. press the power button for 10 sec. and then turn off the machine and unplug it for 6 hours.
