Okay first things first get a vacuum with a brush attachment or a compressed air to blow/suck the accumulation of dust which looks like lint (aka dust bunnies). I've learn that's a big thing that we tend to clean. With that said and done;lmk by then I would have done my research and have an answer for you. Thanks....

Looks like the powerboard has issues. I would try to find the part number and get that replaced.
