Hello, I have a Pioneer VSA-1000 a/v amp with power problems. The stand-by button lights up and clicks when the remote is used to turn it on. There is usually a delay and a second click (protection circuits?) before the unit can produce any sound, this is not happening anymore and the front panel display remains blank.

The voltage selector is in the correct position and trying a different outlet made no difference. I can't find any schematics on the web or sites like Hifi Engine.

Any help will be appreciated.
