Hello I have an Olivia TV and the remote is RC-LTL I have had this TV for around 3 years with no problems My grand children must of been playing around with both remotes Olivia and the Verizon Fios Remote I cannot take the screen off of ZOOM I phoned tech depart of Verizon and we went through all the settings with the Verizon remote and all seems in order And that I need to check with the olevia With my Olevia remote all that seems to work is the power button , volume and source I have to use Olevia remote to turn off tv, change volume and SOURCE Can you assist

In tv Menu, there would be an option of Screen Format, adjust it to full zoom mode to get correct screen size. Press Menu on Olivia remote and adjust screen format to full zoom mode.

Thx for your response but the MENU button on the Olevia does nothing when pressed
Only the power, source and volume work on this remote
I use the verizon remote for channels, etc.
OK, Menu button is also located in tv side control buttons, press it to open up Menu.
Screen format can only be changed through menu.
