Report "Hello, I have recently changed to a new computer. I had Art Explosion Publisher Pro on my computer. It has Windows 7 Professional installed. Our IT person installed the Art Explosion program on the new computer. I only have access to colors and new pages and saved pages. I cannot access any templates, images, etc. When I reinstall the program it tells me that I need to purchase cd 9.0. Do you know exactly what I need to purchase? Is there a free download? Can I correct the problem without purchasing anything? Your help is appreciated"
