Hello, I just bought this treadmill second hand, the HealthRider S300i SoftStride... and I'm not exactly sure WHAT it's doing. I will run, walk, or jog and it'll jerk or slip. Fairly frequently and I think it's getting worse. Please help before I fall on my face! :/ Thanks!

Sounds like the belt is slipping you may be able to just tighten it up
