I am technician. I cleaned the system, changed filter and proceed with the high vacuum pump, but there are no good results and is the first time that I found this problem. PLEASE HELP!!!

If you just shortened the cap tube there's your problem. It has to be a certain length to operate correctly. That's why there's a coil of tubing. It is not too long. You'll have to replace the entire cap tube for that model of refrigerator.
