Hello! I'm from Riyadh Saudi Arabia. I've left on my Tripp Lite UPS 1000 just last night. When I came in my office in the morning, my desktop computer including my computer server was OFF. I supprised that my Tripp Lite UPS de 1000 power was also OFF. I subsequently ON the UPS power switch but not working. I've checked its 2 Fuses inside the UPS that fixed on its circuit board, both are still working. I've also check power coming from outlet going to circuit board is OK. But when I pressed ON again the switch button really not working. I've suspected that there might be some part on board already damaged. But I'm not sure which one has making problem. Can you please recommend us a quick fix solution? If not could you please tell us which service center in Riyadh SA we could bring our UPS for repair... Please kindly send your recommended solution to my Tripp Lite UPS 1000 to my email [email protected] Thanks

Unplug the computer. Then run the UPS self-test and the unit will display whether it finds an overload fault, whether the battery needs to be charged or replaced. Here are the instructions (copied from the User Manual): Turn UPS on: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for one second.
Run a Self-Test: Press and hold the MUTE/TEST button for two seconds (until alarm beeps several times).
The test will last 10 seconds. All LCD Display icons will be illuminated and the alarm will sound.
If the fault icon remains lit, the battery-supplied outlets are overloaded. Unplug powered devices until you remove the overload.
If the "Replace" icon remains lit and alarm continues to sound, the UPS batteries need to be recharged or replaced. Allow UPS to charge for 24 hours and repeat self-test.
