I've just bought a kymco ck 125 (55 reg) The bike is lovely but I'm having major problems with the gears, they keep sticking when the bike is warm, I can't change down or up sometimes but when I turn it off and let it cool down it's fine. When I bought it there was not oil in the gearbox and I rode it a few times over 2 days without knowing but didn't do too much damage I don't think. I can't figure out if it's the selector or the clutch or the gearbox itself, any suggestions ?"
