Hello. My computer will not power up after I installed a new ATI FireMV 2400 PCI Graphic Card. My computer is a Dell and the power button flashes orange when I try to turn it on. I know the power isn't bad because I took the card out and it powered up just fine. Any idea why it doesn't with this new card installed?
