Hello my handsonic 10 has lost volume output on all the pads on kit selection 1 on the (undo) latin perc all other selections onwards to 64 are all ok and have no volume loss at all can you help thanks peter

Since the electronics and sensors are ALL the same for ALL the voices, this has to be a setting within the unit. Look for a sensitivity setting in your manual for the unit. Some of these also have a setting for use with sticks that VASTLY affects the sensitivity.
Pay particular attention to "Kit Volume" on page 22 of your user's manual. This affects the volume for different "Kits".
