Hello, my MP3 player does not seem to be working when you put it in the USB slot in the laptop. it just shows a picture of a computor that says USB on it and on the other side an MP3 player. there is a line in between them and underneath this it says Ver3.10.00. please could you help me and tell me how to sort this problem out. thank you
