Hello, My power and receive lights (first two) are lit, the third (send I believe) is lit sometimes and the online light is not lit at all while the PC light stays lit. Could I have a bad modem?

Authentication failed - call your (i believe u have cable isp ) to reset the line and modem . nothing wrong with modem
