Report "Hello, My Quantum GoVault backup drive doesn't respond and the cartridge is stuck in the drive, when I want to turn on the PC it gets stuck but if I remove the GoVault drive then it starts normally, can you please describe how can I remove the cartridge or get it fixed so my data isn't lost.
