Hello, My restaurant has a Zojirushi Commercial Rice Cooker & Warmer NYC-36, and we are having a little trouble with it. We have rice in the cooker, and mid-way through, the button popped up from "Cook" to "Keep Warm". When we try to push the button back down to "Cook", it just pops back up again. What can we do to fix this issue?
