Report "Hello- We purchased a Vicks cool mist V3100 about two weeks ago. The filter that came with it became partially ''brown'' in less than a weeks of use. I bought a new filter (Protec WF2) cleaned out humidifier and the new filter is turning ''brown'' at the top after one-two nights use. We are on city water and I use refiltered sink water in the unit. Is this brown stain on the wick fliter normal? Thanks Wain Earl Bledsoe Laurel, Maryland"
