There are a couple of thing to check, before going to a shop, first check the bolts holding to the body. make sure they are tight, or not missing. if that's ok, check the rivet that lets the clutch swing back or travel. this may be bent or worn. These are your two major problems. If you lay down on the floorboard, and by hand, press the clutch, watch it travel, this should help you find your problem.
