After doing a little research I've found that the software should be available online for download here: http://download.cnet.com/Veo-Mobile-Advanced-Web-Camera/3000-18489_4-62939.html
I can not, however, guarantee this software is the actual installation software because I do not have this particular webcam. What you CAN do in case this isn't a complete installation software download is find the company's contact information on the packaging and contact them to notify them of your situation and how to acquire another disc.
This may not be a free service so be prepared to pay shipping costs and any fee they may deem necessary for the spare disc. Sometimes the company's understand will provide the software for free or send you an email link to a download page on their site.
Before downloading/installing any software or contacting the company, be sure to check your entire work space, the disc drive of all computers in your household, all disc players, have your internet security turned on, and set a restore point on your system in case the software does not cooperate with your computer(s). I was not able to find the company website, which I apologize for, but this should be of some help to you I hope.
