Help my frostfree fridge frezer haz stopped working everything is rewend the red light is flashing the green light is on and the yellow light with a snowflake above it is on i cleaned out the back of it and it still isent working what can i do i cant aford a new one and i relly need it ive only had it for 3 yrs

We need to check the defrost time inside the fresh food compartment. When you locate the timer you need to slowly turn clockwise until refrigerator goes into defrost. Leave it there for about 20 minutes. 1 minute after you turn timer open freezer door if the defrost is working now you will hear a crackling sound or slight glow caused by manual defrost.
