There is no secret to getting items out that are stuck in central vacuum hoses. If you can get something long like a garden hose to insert into the central vacuum hose and push it out or put something heavy down the hose like a screw driver and shake the hose to see if you can knock it loose.

I'm not an expert, but I have an idea for a solution that might work. It would seem to me that a beard trimmer would have blades on it; perhaps digging into the inside of the hose and thus preventing the other methods listed above to be productive. If nothing else works, you could use a razor knife to cut out the portion of the hose that has the beard trimmer stuck in it. Then, using fabric athletic tape, tape the hose back together. Then to make it airtight, do a layer of duct tape on top of the other tape. I've never tried this, but I think it would work well! http://www.premierclean.com.au/

You can put the hose over the exhaust of the central vacuum canister to try and blow it out, or you will need to use a long plumbers snake.
