Report "Here's the setup, Intuos3 6x8 connected to Dell laptop running windows XP SP 3 Wacom Driver 6.1.6-7. Laptop screen resolution is 1024x768 but the cursor won't go down far enough to hit the taskbar or start button, even though the pen is at the bottom of the pad. Tablet properties seems to think the monitor is a widescreen? With no option to adjust. Help?"
