Hesitating after easy start up like its not getting gas
Will fire up and then when the throttle is applied it doesn't want to go right away only fits and spurts then after 30 seconds or so it then operates responsively from any throttle action
I imagine I have some sort of fuel line clog or ..................

To clean the carb, I would mix in some Seafoam, about 1 teaspoon per gallon. Do that to a full tank, and run that till it's almost empty, if the carb needs cleaning, that might help until you get the time to disassemble the clutch.
Edit to my previous response, I meant to say disassemble the carb, not clutch, was on the phone with a friend talking about his motorcycle.
