Heuer chronograph second hands will not reset to 12 after I reset chronograph . It's a quartz watch with mechanical chronograph movement. Any one know how to do this, I know there's a way but I don't know how and don't have the manuel for this watch
Pull out crown and then push the upper button and hold it. The chrono hand should start move and you should be able to adjust it. If this doesn't work, try the same with lower button. When adjusted - push the crown back in. In fact there are very many variations how to reset chrono hand, but exact advise can be given if the movement caliber of particular watch is known. Rate me, plz.
When you pull out the crown you will notice it will come out slightly and then will come out more. These two positions will adjust the different timers (fraction of secondsWhen you pull out the crown you will notice it will come out slightly and then will come out more. It's easy to fix yourself! Unscrew the crown all the way and pull out until it reaches the stop position. Then hold both buttons down until the second hand does a full rotation around the clock face. Now yu can use the top button to adjust it forward a second and the bottom button to adjust it back. Mine sometimes doesn't respond but if you keep trying it will work and you can reset it without sending it off to get it fixed... hope this helps - from www.zigzag.digital!
