Hey i have a 2000 saab 93 turbo converable, it has full battery but wont turn over i cant tell if its the starter or if its a relay or something what do yu suggest i do

Clean batt. terminals and cable ends. try it now. next, swap relays with one from junkyard. try it. oops, forgot the BIG 1, try it in neutral and/or jiggle shifter. could very well be a bad connection on neutral safety switch. if manual trans, may be bad connect on clutch pedal. it's under dash, high on clutch pedal. jumper either one.
