Hi all I hate being "that guy" that signs up to ask a question.....but I would appreciate help with my vehicle I have a Ford IKON .....and it won't start...it turns over ..but that's it ...I used Quick start spray to help it start ...but nothing ...it just turns over ....and over ...I checked the battery and one cell was not working in battery ...so I used another spare battery to try again and the first battery got flat ....when I switched on the ignition the dials shot to the right ....paused there for second or so ...then dropped back down to left ...or starting point ...not sure if that helps ....it sometimes almost wants to start ...but then does nothing ...... I need to try fix this but not sure where to start .... Andrew

Hey try an check for spark at the plug wires or at the end of coils. sounds like u have no spark. also be sure wen cranking engine it turns but with a slight load. if it cranks freely an a lil too fast. ur chain or belt could be faulty
If it has a distributrcap..take it off n clean unside terminals or replace...also the ignition module..coil or even computr cud hav issue

Hi Andrew, For a petrol engine to fire up you need 3 things:
1) fuel
2) ignition
3) air
since you have tried quick start spray you can eliminate fuel, so check you are getting a spark at the plugs next.
