HI All i have a Hp Dv6710ea the bios states originally shipped with Vista or at least the replacement motherboard said so AMD Athlon 6 x 2 Dual core TK-55 1.80 GHZ Win 7 h.premium 32-bit sp1 2 gig 120 gig hd All working good up until 2 weeks ago now the laptop does not reconize the dvd/cd player drive it used to before the replacement motherboard was fitted yet there is options in bios for it i have installed xp vista and now win 7 but no luck in getting the dvd drive to be reconized in device manager i installed all the updates all the netframeworks tried microsoft fix it i dont know what else to do or why this could be happening any idea's or help would be appriated many thanks maggie
