Hi and .. HELP! I am an American Soldier stationed in England and I accidently plugged my American Spec (120v) Stand mixer into the English socket (220V). It fried the circuit board. It is easy to detach (which I have done) . Is it possible to order a new board? Model: SM-7- Serial #: 70402 Numbers on Circuit board: BA10057H and ME170968 WZ-2 We got rid of all appliances and use all the SM-70 attachments .. which we now can't use. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Cuisinart service center told me to MAIL the whole mixer to them.. too expensive from England. -Greg

CCONTACT THE SAME MANUFACTURER again, inform them of your military status and they will make an exception regarding fees, shipping, etc. To replace the board in these is going to cost a lot moer than having the factory replace the unit. From one military member to another, you stand to spend a large amount of money fixing this item yourself.
This place may do free shipping for you , for orders over 50 bucks if you decide to order parts
or
They don't sell parts for Cuisinart mixers.
