I have a Rinnai Flame Fire Inbuilt Royale IB35ETR. We were painting the house and the guys put a cover 500mm on top of the heater and turned the heater off. But the heater came on automatically in the day and probably got overheated, and it now shows Error Code 14. We did let the heater to cool down but still won't lit after 2 days, I think the Thermal Fuse is blown up? There is a board inside bottom left of the heater E-269 board with a fuse on it. However the Spare Part catalogue shows the Thermal Fuse is at the back on top with part number 7553 so I think not accessible without pulling it out. Anybody knows where the thermal fuse is located for Rinnai Flame Fire Inbuilt Royale IB35ETR, inside or at the back?
