Hi, both of my Makita 12V 1220 batteries are not charging, The red LED charging light on the Makita 1470 charger unit comes on for around 5 seconds and then goes off. Can you help?
I have tried two seperate chargers with the same result but find it supspicious that both batteries are suffering the same issue at the same time particularly when they haven't been worked hard.
