Hi, can anyone tell me if the quinny zapp upper frame is meant to be slightly loose once put up? Basically if you lift the handles up and down it moves the upper frame...not tons but a enough to make me wonder if this is normal? This is the non recline version? Thank you, I will be grateful for an answer as I bought this second hand and will complain if not safe.

Is the hand grip connection bar between the handlebars locked into position? There will be some movement, but without being able to see it we would be unable to advise if it is within normal range. Your best option would be to visit your local Quinny retailer and check their display Zapp, see if it is the same amount of movement as your model or less.
