Something tells me you are trying to remove the axle by turning it out?? There is no pressure on the forks. The axle is locked on by 2 set screws or bolts on the bottom of the forks. If there is a nut on the axle, it is easily spun off with an adj wrench, pull out the bottom bolts, axle comes out. That is how most bikes are set up, Unless the kawasaki came up with something different. check it out.
