Hi guys got a slight problem with my gfx card. I cant get the tv-out to work ive search all over for a solution but cant find one. its a ati radeon x1650 512mb it has vga, dvi and s-video out ports. im currently using dvi for my primary display and trying to use s-video for secondry, im using s-video to rgb cable ive tried everything no joy could someone please help thanks

You need to use ati catylst control panel.
You can also download and use at tray tools.
There is a setting force tv detection. Sometimes this needs to be enabled to work properly. Also make sure3 that your desktop resolution is not too high for your television. I have a plasma tv so I can use 720 and 1080 p but my x1950 could only use a max of 1024x768 resolution.
