Report "Hi how do I reset my acer laptop 5738zg.When you turn on the laptop the acer boot up logo comes on then nothing happens(screen goes to backlit black). I've tried resetting with the F8 key...still nothing. Other problem is there were back up discs made. hope you can help thanks Raffa"
