Hi. I am having a problem with my IDJ2. Some of the buttons aren't working--the ones right below the display screen. This results in my no being able to use deck b. Any ideas on what I can do?

Unplug the docking station , remove all power to it., The processor has some garbage in it, and that is why all the buttons arn't, working, and leave it unplugged for 40 Min., and it will rest back to normal.
