Hi I am running Quicken 7 (release 5) on a pc. When attempting to launch the program I am getting a "quicken Launcher has encoutnered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." error. i already removed and reinstalled the program wiht the same reusults. Can you help?

Right click on the program to get to properties and then click on the compatibility tab
click in the box and high right your operating system
apply and ok
