Hellow Mr samuel from the way you described your problem it seems that your mobile os has corrupted. if it starts then you can select factory restore that might fix the problem. caution you will loose all your contacts and sms. if it does not starts at all then you will be required to re-install your software. for that you will have to take it to a repair center.
