Hi, I bought an evolis pebble printer and loaded the emedia software eventually onto my windows 7 operating computer. When i click into the emedia and try to take a photo it is giving an error and cannot find the camera on my acer computer. This camera is build into the computer. I have looked into tools>options>Acquisition and done both "mal transfer and "Native transfer" but still no go! Can you help?

Hi. You may need to reinstall your camera software driver that is why the computer cant detect the camera. May i know the model of your acer computer so that i could look a driver for your camera.
Hi! You may want to run DETECT NEWLY INSTALLED HARDWARE or ADD HARDWARE. This will access the camera and by then you can reinstall the cam driver. Hope this helps and have a good one!
