Report "Hi I had had my KC watch for 2 years, it was a 40th birthday present. I only wear it on special occassions, so in fact have only worn it in total for about a week. The rest of the time it stays in my jewellery box. Last week I noticed that the second hand had fallen off and then yesterday the minute hand fell off, leaving only the hour hand intact! Can this be repaired? Is it covered by it's lifetime warranty? and can it be fixed in the UK as that is where I live??"
