Hi I have a 2007 scion tc. One of the lamps of my headlight (smaller brighter one) went out. I read somewhere that you have to remove the front bumper to replace it. Is this true or can i simply open the hood and change it? Much appreciate your help

If you still have the lights that came with the car, open hood and reach in, turn the lamp base counterclockwise and remove it, change lamp and install backwards
