Hi i have a 2010 Hyosung Aquila,I have replaced CDI unit and wireing loom and fuel pump relay, but bike will keep stopping after running for about 15 minutes,I allow it to cool for 20 minutes and it will start with no problem but dies again after about 10 minutes. any suggestions? Use a multimeter and monitor the kill switch or whatever switch shuts the unit off normally. It may be failing when warm. Sounds like you covered the basics already.
